Since 1997 I work at Vroom. Prior to that I have been HR-officer and have worked in different positions at an HR software vendor.

Through my work at the software vendor, I soon came to the conclusion that no HR system can work well, when it does not fit the requirements of the customer or the organization around that system doesn’t work well.

Vroom offers me the opportunity to realize the best suitable solution for my clients. I always take great pleasure in my work. The work is dynamic, the company and the consultants grow along with the demand and developments in the HR market. As a result, the work is never dull and always remains a challenge. The high degree of responsibility and freedom that you get in projects, works particularly motivating.
