In 2010 I have successfully completed my bachelor’s in human resource management at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, specialising in “Effective advice for Change Management” and Law. In 2019 I completed the course “HR Business Partner” at Nyenrode Business University.
After my study Human Resource Management, I started as a recruitment consultant at Randstad Nederland BV. An important part of my work was recruitment and advising clients on their HR policy. After 2 years I started at Deli Home as a Team Leader for 2 units. Later I was promoted to Manager Sales Back Office and Customer Contact. Here I gained lots of experience in leading and coaching a large team divided in multiple units, improving processes, executing HR policy, implementing systems and managing changes. In my final role at Deli Home I was a Project Manager for both the Order2Cash team during the SAP implementation and several other Business/IT projects.
